I. RATES

  • Special internet rates are valid for booking made though our websites NOT direct to the hotel
  • Special internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars
  • Room rates are per room per night
  • Special package rates / super deal package are per room per package
  • Sightseeing tours / spa and others are quoted per person

 
II. CANCELLATION POLICY

Normal Season

  • One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Early check out will be charged one night room value

July & August

  • One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Early check out will be charged two nights room value

20 December - 10 January

  • One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Full nights room reserved will be charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
  • No refund for early check out

III. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES

  • All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Amex)
  • The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will be charged if there is any cancellation as per above procedures
  • Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card details is received and will be faxed to your fax number and to the respective hotel.

IV. PAYMENT PROCEDURES

  • All payment will be collected by our representative upon arrival in Bali (if you have transfer) or
  • Payment will be collected by our representative a day after check in at the hotel
  • Payment will not be to the hotel.

Others Exception on Payment Collection

  • The copy of the credit card is required for any reservation on hotels in Lombok, Yogyakarta and other parts of Indonesia.
  • A credit card authorization form will be send by email and should be returned by fax after sign for this type of transaction.
